Tilted Kilt
Saturday, July 4th, is the final day of Tilted Kilt’s annual “Here’s to Heroes” fundraiser. Proceeds go to the Folds of Honor Foundation, a non-profit benefitting the children and spouses of military women and men who were disabled or killed serving our great nation.Customers can make a donation in exchange for customizable paper dog tags for $1 or $5 that will be displayed on their pub walls. Digital dog tags are also available to buy online. A 10$ donation gets people a special Folds of Honor glass. The “Here’s to Heroes” fundraiser allows Tilted Kilt the ability to salute the sacrifices of the more than one million men and women choosing to serve our country in the United States Armed Forces. Red, White, & Boom
40th annual Red, White & Boom Fireworks Festival is set for Friday, July 3, 2015. This year, the festival is moving to a brand new location at Pecos Park, 17010 South 48th Street Phoenix AZ 85048.

Local band, Daisy Train will perform from 5-8:45 p.m. Then, local resident, Jen Capitali will sing the National Anthem, followed by the Color Guard March to be performed by the Ahwatukee American Legion Post #64. At 9 p.m. the night sky will explode with booming color as the fireworks spectacular ignites.

For $25 per person, patrons can spend the day splashing around with the Oasis Lounge Pack which includes all access to the swimming pool and water play area, a complimentary meal and a beverage.
