He Said

Originally, in what looks like an old Taco Bell, sat an unknown breakfast place. It had a throwback decor to the 50’s but not over bearing to the point you think you’re at a Disney concoction. Gradually the neighbors started noticing it and while it had few inside seats people flocked and waited an hour or more for breakfast, in the summer, to sit in a misted outdoor patio. It’s that good. Since then they have moved to a bigger location with more inside seating. They have also expanded into Scottsdale, Mesa, and Gilbert so who knows what is on the horizon for this gem.

If you are craving it for breakfast they most likely haven’t but on many occasions I go big or I go home. The “Wolf Pack” is a monster of a breakfast and it tastes oh so good to this breakfast lover. It has 2 eggs any style(I recommend over easy) bacon & choice of cheese Between two layers of hash browns. I mean seriously who wouldn’t want this the morning after you, maybe, had a bit too much to drink. Don’t worry if you want something lighter or not as big. They cater to most breakfast lovers needs, with benedicts, pancakes, and a selection of lighter healthier fare to name just a few. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the caramelized banana & pecan brioche French. Too much sweet for my stomach but it tastes like dessert and I always take a bite out of my eating companions plate of it to finish my morning off right. There is also a very nice kids menu, speaking as a guy who still acts like a child sometimes. The wait may still be long these days but worth it.
