Located in the strip center anchored by Harkin’s Scottsdale 101 movie theater, Tea Lite Café- Vietnamese Deli, is an unassuming quaint find! Even though it is a casual “walk-up counter” type of restaurant, it has a cozy “sit-down restaurant” vibe. The staff is very friendly and deliver your order to you when it is ready.

I go for the Spring Rolls, #4 to be specific. Shrimp, Pork, Rice vermicelli, Lettuce, Cilantro and mint rolled in Riced paper. It comes with a mung bean dipping sauce that I like to spice up with a bit of Sriracha Sauce. These rolls are light, delicious and very satisfying. I often grab them to-go for a small quick meal.

I have a slight obsession with the Coconut Boba/Bubble Tea. Cool and thick like a smoothie, this drink is a summer favorite of mine and I often get it before I go into the movies. The tapioca balls in the tea are the consistency of a gummy bear and is a fun surprise when you drink one up with your oversized straw. The tea is a perfect cool down de“lite” on a scorching day!
