She Said

A good friend of mine took me to Pomo saying it was her favorite authentic Neapolitan pizza in the valley. (She lived in Naples, Italy so I trusted her) She was right! The fresh mozzarella slides around on top while the edges of the crust are crisp thanks to the wood fire oven. The ingredients were so mouthwatering delicious I found myself ordering another pizza!

Pomo has two great outside patios with high top or low tables. Inside, the open kitchen and oak & pecan-wood fire oven overlook the restaurant and hearing the kitchen staff’s friendly Italian chatter just makes the experience more legit.

A highlight is the red pepper olive oil, you can dip your bread, crust or just pour it on your pizza it’s so good. The only salad that I’ve tried was the Pollo. It was  fresh and flavorful but who are we kidding… I am there for the pizza. I have tried the Regina Margherita,  Bufala DOP, Tirolese, Principe and the Toto Sapore. I loved them all! You just have to look at the different pizza’s ingredients, see what you like and order! They even have pizzas without sauce if that is you are in the mood for. I have only tried two of Pomo’s desserts the millefoglie and tiramisu and they were a little piece of Italian heaven. Look for the up coming new locations of Pomo on their website! /span>
